The group calls with Cynthia and the health coaches are held on a weekly basis. There is a calendar within the Midlife Pause platform with the weekly call days and times, along with the Zoom link to join the call.
As soon as you complete your purchase, you will get immediate access to The Midlife Pause platform with the training videos, resources, group calls, and more.
Is testing included in The Midlife Pause™ program?
Testing is not included in the core program. However, once you’ve joined, we’re happy to schedule a call to help you identify which labs may be most helpful for your unique situation… and guide you through getting them ordered if needed. (Please note: lab testing is available at an additional cost.)
